Platforms and Day-One Game Pass

Interestingly enough, unlike previous entries that were first exclusive to PlayStation, ATLUS and SEGA are now apparently open to a different strategy, as it was announced that the new installment will be coming to multiple platforms at once at launch. Said platforms are:

  • PlayStation 5

  • Xbox Series X | S

  • PC

Microsoft also announced that the game will be available day one on Game Pass, taking advantage of the cross-platform progression offered by Xbox Play Anywhere.

There was not much else announced, as the president of P-STUDIO, Kazuhisa Wada revealed that his current priority is making the upcoming remake of Persona 4 that is set to release on February 18th, 2027, and that there wouldn't be news about the new entry for maybe a while, as much attention is now being put into the remake.
